my left vas deferens is a little bigger than my right when i inspect it while laying down but when i stand up it becomes even bigger is it a problem?

Not vas deferens: You can't feel the vas deferens as it is a small diameter tube. You may be feeling the epididymis which lies next to the testicle and can vary somewhat in size from one side to the other. Lastly, dilated veins in the scrotum, benign and called a varicocele, can produce a palpable abnormality that varies in size depending on position. All of these are benign.

No: Nothing you describe is life threatening.Swelling of the vas  deferens is usually part of prostatitis and epididymitis.However,you need to be physically examined and not try to self diagnose. Please see your doctor for physical examanation, diagnosis and appropriate treatment.Good luck.

Vas reversal: Successful fertility after vas reversal depends on many factors.  Length excised is usually not well documented.  A more identifiable determinant would be length of time since vasectomy.  The greater the number of years, the less the success.  At best, the success rate rarely is above 50% (using pregnancy as the determinat of "success").

is it difficult for a urologist to find the vans deferens with varicoceles? i am scheduled to have a vasectomy but am worried about the doctor not being able to locate the vas deferens with all the varicoceles surrounding the area?

Overdose & call Dr: First risk is >2400mg of Ibuprofen daily significantly increases risk of kidney injury. Persistent pain needs reevaluation. Call your dr.

Testicle mass: If you are feeling a testicle mass, you should have that evaluated with your pcp.  It can be anything from a small clot, to spermatocele, to tumor.

Of course: The urologist can cauterize ( burn ) the vas  enough that
it is scarred....What is the basis of your question ??
You need ,as is the custom , to submit specimen after 4-5 ejaculations  to check absence of sperm !! before you
can have sex without protection

Hard to say: Paracetamol also called Acitamofen in USA with common brand name Tylenol,is a mild pain reliever.So it depends how bad is the pain,it may relieve pain completely or partialy.It comes in dose of 2 325mgm tablets or two 500mgm tablets called extra strength

Get checked: Varicocele  mild obstructive right vas deferens are male factors for infertility, and would require surgical treatment if they were believed to be causing abnormalities of your semen. The surgical treatment may improve the quality of your semen, but it is unclear if or whether it would increase  your chances of conceiving. Hope that helps.
