Hard to say: Paracetamol also called Acitamofen in USA with common brand name Tylenol,is a mild pain reliever.So it depends how bad is the pain,it may relieve pain completely or partialy.It comes in dose of 2 325mgm tablets or two 500mgm tablets called extra strength
