Cervical pregnancy: If you are pregnant and your doctor saw a sac near or in your cervix. It can become a problem because the cervix isn't the normal place for the pregnancy to implant and won't stretch the way the uterus will,  it can cause a lot of problems with significant bleeding. If' the pregnancy is inside the uterus, it may not be a problem as it grows inside the uterus.

hi, i'm on w10d5 pregnant i'm taking daily:1 folic acid 5mg, 1 jusprin, 1 pregnacare vit.and 2 duphaston. is it ok or should i stop taking something?

Check with doctor: Folic acid 0.4 mg is recommended for all pregnant women. Some women are prescribed higher doses for various medical conditions. Prenatal vitamins often contain enough. Duphaston is a type of progesterone and Jusprin is similar to Aspirin. Both are only given during pregnancy for specific medical conditions. You will need to confirm the medications and instructions with your doctor

No other way: You should consult an allergist as soon as you can since poorly controlled asthma poses risk to both the baby and the pregnant mother. You need drugs at least fro now.

No much: It's normal to feel sharp cramping in early pregnancy.  You're definitely doing all the right things, that's for sure!  keep doing what you're doing and try to do some light exercise, that may help relieve some stress/pressure.  Get plenty of rest too.  If you are going to miscarry (which definitely hope not), there's not much you can do in first trimester.  Light exercise is the best, e.g. Walking.

Not necessarily: Cramps, by themselves, are not necessarily a sign of something wrong; we see this commonly in patients that go on to have a normal pregnancy. Cramps can sometimes be associated with a miscarriage especially if there is bleeding. I assume you have a history of pregnancy loss based on the drugs you are taking. Keep your doctor informed and tests can be done to evaluate the health of the pregnancy.
