: Sure any infection can cause pain on one side and enlarged tonsils.  How do you know you have group c strep ?  Have you had a course of antibiotics.  Are you allergic to penicillin? Have your primary give you either amoxicillin or augmentin if you are not pen allergic.  Good luck and feel better.

Lymphadenopathy: 18 yo male with 'diffuse' palpable lymph nodes is most likely self-limited due to a viral infection like flu.  Go see a primary doc if don't go away after a month.  Could also be mono if unusually fatigued, weak, or tired all the time.  In which case, you might be infectious.

Physician & dentist: Start with your physician to make sure you are healthy. Next go to your dentist. Check for tmj. Then a possible chiropractor and or massage therapist. We must first address the nausea and dry mouth for any underlying illness. If all is well, go to a dawson or pankey trained dentist for TMJ analysis. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Symptoms: Please see a General Dentist, General Physician, Specialist Oral Surgeon, or specialist ENT for evaluation. Of concern is the possibility of infection. As your symptoms seem to be cascading, not abating, it would be prudent to be examined right away.

Rheumatologic.: This clearly sounds rheumatologic in nature.  Lupus?  Rheumatoid arthritis?  Sjogren's?  Mixed connective tissue disease?  Something along these lines.  You should have more extensive blood testing and evaluations in this regard, perhaps governed by a Rheumatologist.
