Physician & dentist: Start with your physician to make sure you are healthy. Next go to your dentist. Check for tmj. Then a possible chiropractor and or massage therapist. We must first address the nausea and dry mouth for any underlying illness. If all is well, go to a dawson or pankey trained dentist for TMJ analysis. Hope this helps. Good luck.

No easy answer: A good first place to start is the office of a prosthodontist--they are able to evaluate your jaw fuction, salivary glands and review your medical history. Looking at the information you provided, you take advil (ibuprofen); thia can cause xerostomia (dry mouth). Also you take tylenol (acetaminophen)? This can also cause dry mouth as well as nausea. Please see your physician to help manage your meds too.
