No: A week after exposure his exposure to poison ivy, you are not at risk.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Ice, antihistamines: Treat with ice/cold compresses, take oral anthistamines  to help with swelling and itch, and use hydrocortisone cream to hep with itch as well.

See details: It is possible to have a significant local reaction. Stop using it. It is not a very effective treatment anyway.

Moisturize: Apply a thick moisturizer such as vaseline to soothe the skin. If the condition continues, a steroid cream will help. Over the counter Hydrocortisone cream may not be strong enough but worth a try. If all fails, see your doctor for a prescription topical steroid.

Postinflammatory: Skin can often turn light colored in areas where someone had an allergic reaction like poison ivy.  This is called "postinflammatory hypopigmentation".  This is usually not scarring and will resolve.

Any will do: You can use any type of moisturizer on the rash but will need Hydrocortisone cream to hasten the recovery, .

Poison ivy doesn't: It usu takes 2-3 days for poison ivy to appear and 3 wks to evolve and clear. The antigen that causes the allergic reaction is called rhus. It is washed away the first time you bathe or rinse yourself after contact, which you should do asap, if you know you have been exposed. You should also wash the clothes you wore. It seems to spread but it's just other places that were touched, reacting later.

Immune: Its unlikely, your immune response is different from your boyfriend, you would most likely have got it by now if you were too.

Unlikely: It is possible but unlikely. Poison ivy is due to allergic contact dermatitis and due to the breakdown of his skin barrier the skin got infected with the bacteria. If you don't have the skin issues, then nothing to really worry about.
