See endocrinologist: 4 conditions come to mind:
a. drinking too much water from an obsessive urge leading to water intoxication..
b. Diabetes insipidus -the pituitary no longer secretes the hormone (ADH) to control the urinary flow. 
(c)Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus. 
(d)If you are taking a lot of Benadryl (diphenhydramine) for the hives it would lead to dryness in the mouth-&gt;thirst.
All of the above require a visit to the doctor.

Need work up: probably related to a drop in blood pressure thats sudden. Postural hypotension , vasodepressor syndrome etc. A work up with an echo,cardiac event monitor,some labs and a Tilt table test will be required to determine further.

Panic: You have already panic. There is a danger of infection but infections take time - a lot of time. For now clean the wound as best you can. I prefer an iodine solution available at most drug stores without a rx. Follow with an antibiotic ointment. In the unlikely event the wound swells  or gets worse rather than better go to urgent care clinic.

after drinking a lot of soft drinks i get really sick; nauseous, shakes, heavy heart beat, dry mouth and anxious.  it last 1 hour. very worrying?

Caffien and sugar: Most of soft drinks have caffien and sugar, what you are going through is a stimulating effect and increase in your blood sugar which can cause increase in anxiety and restlessness. It is mimicing a panic attack. Go easy of soft drinks, you will be alright.

Many possiblities: Running around.  Pain, fever.  Excitement.  Lots of things.  During activity, a child's heart rate can go up over 100 very easily.  With vigorous exercise it might be nearly twice that.
