took 1 scoop of animal pak multivitamin powder 2 months ago & now i have constant light headed ness & dry mouth. do you think this was the cause?

Not known: Was a scoop a normal dosage? Not really seen this product on PA pharmacy OTC shelves. Where did you buy it?  Maybe you should return it, might not be safe.   See a Doctor for a check-up, labs, and diagnosis to help you feel better.

i got bitten by my kitty 20mins ago. and im feeling light headed, my heart beat is so slow, and i have a dry mouth, help? i don't want to panic.

Panic: You have already panic. There is a danger of infection but infections take time - a lot of time. For now clean the wound as best you can. I prefer an iodine solution available at most drug stores without a rx. Follow with an antibiotic ointment. In the unlikely event the wound swells  or gets worse rather than better go to urgent care clinic.

i have metallic taste in my mouth, dry mouth, exhausted, pains in abdomen, light headed. and of flatulent. if i have a cigarette i feel more sick?

Many possibilities: If you consider yourself to be in good health you most likely could be getting the flu. Flu season is officially underway. If this does not progress in the way you have usually experienced the flu or if your symptoms get worse and you develop additional symptoms that do not coincide with cold or flu then you should get in to see your doctor right away.

Mild GI bug likely: it's likely just something you ate that didn't agree, could be specific foods or just a little stomach bug.  also sound dehydrated.  keto diet is fine.  sometimes lots of veggies (fiber) and/or legumes could cause loose stool.  unlikely anything severe unless it persists.  drink fluids and get back to your regular (keto) diet slowly. if concerned about specific foods, trial them individually

Hyperventilation: this sounds like hyperventilation syndrome which is frequently set off by anxiety or panic attacks. If this persists you should see a physician to discuss further.

Could Be: The symptoms are correct, but you would have to check your blood sugar to know for sure.  Have you ever had a hemoglobin a1c drawn before, or done a fasting blood glucose test, or glucose challenge test?  All good at determining if you have any blood glucose control issues.  Your pcp would be your best avenue here.  Lastly, if you ate something with simple sugars after your symptoms, did it help?
