Mild GI bug likely: it's likely just something you ate that didn't agree, could be specific foods or just a little stomach bug. also sound dehydrated. keto diet is fine. sometimes lots of veggies (fiber) and/or legumes could cause loose stool. unlikely anything severe unless it persists. drink fluids and get back to your regular (keto) diet slowly. if concerned about specific foods, trial them individually
