We know diarreha: Causes fluid loss which can result  dehydration . One of the symptom of dehydration is dry  mucus membrane ( dry mouth).

The dry mouth: and diarrhea may in fact be as simple as a viral infection however the chest pain should not be"handled" "virtually"...a "hands on" examination is necessary. A call to your PCP, or if not available a visit to an urgent care center is indicated!

See  your doctor: This is not my field but you should see a general physician or gastroenterologist.  You have several symptoms that should be evaluated.  Even a walk in clinic if you do not have a physician of your own.  It is always easiest to deal with a problem when detected early.

You : You may be dealing with acid refulx and/or an gastrointestinal illness (likely viral). The symptoms should resolve over a week or so. If you are still symptomatic you should be evaluated by a medical professional. In the meantime for reflux (acid in throat) you can try an acid blocker like Pepcid (famotidine) or prilosec.

Viral URI: Is a probable cause for these symptoms.  You should begin to get better in 3-4 days.  Stay well hydrated, treat your symptoms with otc medications and if your are not getting better go and see your pcp.  Hope you are better soon.

Dehydration: If you have had excessive diarrhea, you may be dehydrated, thus the dry mouth. Can't tell what ails you over the internet.. A full medical history is necessary as well as lab tests. Best to be seen by a local physician to be treated for this problem. Failure to treat can land you in the hospital.

Dehydration: You have acute gastroenteritis with dehydration and possibly electrolyte imbalance.  No more delay, go to the er right now. Will need lab works and IV fluid and electrolytes.

Unusual travel/diet?: So many possible causes of loose stool: infection, stress, conditions of the intestine, change in diet, or underlying disease. Best answer is from analysis of the stool and good evaluation of where you've been what you've eaten and who you have been near. Mucous of itself is more an indication of empty colon and not as worrisome as blood. Go see your doctor and get evaluated.

Check with doc: that prescribed it. It sounds like you're having side effects from it so you may need to stop it.
