Oh Gosh!: That sounds worrisome. With that kind of discharge I would be very worried about an STD. I would see your doctor and get tested! I'd be most worried about gonorrhea, chlamydia and especially trichomoniasis.

when i wake up, i sometimes see that my eye produces a lot of discharge and i get crusty bits on my eyelashes during the day and my eyelashes feel dry?

Long or short term: If this is a long term or short term problem then use warm compresses to use in am.Possible allergic conjunctivitis if long term.possible seborrhea in eyelashes.Short term could be viral or bacterial conjunctivitis.Long term dry eyes could be dry eye syndrome-fish oil or artificial tears help.

Yes: If you are not having any symptoms such as itching, burning or odor, nothing to wory about. Normal secretions can look like that on underwear.

Areolar rash: Studies show eczema can occur in this area, however the yellow crusty discharge gives me concern for impetiginization of likely eczema/atopic dermatitis in your nipple area. Please see MD. Likely treatment will be a steroid cream and topical antibiotic. If there is nipple inversion, mass or lump underneath the discharge you may need to rule out other conditions with a Dermatologist.

Nipple Dermatitis: Nipple dermatitis describes either itchiness or soreness of either one or both nipples. There are several possible causes of this problem including:
eczema (atopic dermatitis), 
thrush (oral yeast infection), 
an allergic reaction (contact dermatitis), 
local irritation, 
a rare form of breast cancer, paget's disease, may mimic nipple dermatitis.
Try otc cortisone 10 and if not effective see doc.

Changes in vaginal..: ...secretions are usually related to changes in female hormones.    These include cyclic changes in the menstrual cycle, pregnancy, and hormone based contraceptives.    Vaginal discharge, especially if it's accompanied by other symptoms, is often caused by infection and requires medical attention.   A positive pregnancy test reliably indicates pregnancy; change in vaginal secretions does not.
