Several cues: The kid who is not knocked out, disoriented or confused @ the time of the injury is probably fine. Confusion or repeated episodes of vomiting in the hours after trauma deserve a look over by the dr.Kids under 8 can be allowed to nap on their regular schedule, with you checking in on occasion.They wake up and barf with a change of status.Any change in personality deserves a visit.

Bloody nose: His bloody nose is due to broken capillaries in his nose. Use valine nose drops several ,times a day.

Blood isn't normal: Blood in your mouth isn't normal.  Certainly a little bit of bleeding occurs with flossing, not usually much with brushing teeth.  If you're noticing blood in mouth or throat and don't know where it came from, a good exam by an ENT would be best.  Mostly to rule out cancer.

No: Hiv seems to require living white cells to survive for any length of time, all viruses are fragile and most cannot tolerate drying, and casual household contacts of hiv-positive people even before treatment simply didn't catch it. Relax. You won't get sick.

Need check up: It could just be gingivitis, gum disease, but that does not explain your nose bleed. 
Please go to an urgent care. You need to be examined, blood work etc.

Many possibilities: Could be a dental or gum issue, could be a slight bleed from a small superficial vessel in your throat or back of your tongue. If you have been taking Aspirin or non steroidal antiinflammatory medication it can make a tiny amount of blood more significant. Out of 100 people i see with stories like yours i find only 1 or 2 with anything significant. I still would recommend you see an ENT doctor.

Nose bleed: The bleeding you are describing seems to be coming from the nose. This can be either because your nose is dry or you may have a sinus problem. Start by using a saline nasal spray 2 to 3 times a day and see if your condition improves. If not, see an otolaryngologist or allergist.
