Yes and no: some medications are ok to chew and some are not especially long acting medications.  As your physician if a particular medication is safe ti chew or break into smaller pieces

Fluid = hearing loss: Fluid behind your ear drum leads to hearing loss. What you are describing is either incomplete wax impaction of your ear canal or an issue with ear pressurization or both. See an ENT for evaluation.

once in while i get pain when chew in one of last teeth on upper right side.dr checkd says maybe sinus or cold related. is this possible? sounds odd.

Odd but true: The roots of the upper back teeth are often close to the floor of the sinus. When a patient has allergies, sinus infection, congestion, etc. They may experience what they perceive as 'tooth pain' when in reality it's related to the maxillary sinus. I have had some patients who question this relationship until they realize on their own that their toothaches coincide directly with their sinus infect.

when i chew, my jaw sounds like it is popping, what could cause this?  how do i correct or fix this?  i have never had issues withy my jaw before this

See your dentist: This is likely an issue with your bite and may possibly mean you have a grinding issue. Popping and clicking is not normal and means there is damage in your jaw joint.  See your dentist and likely an orthodontist to see about correcting your bite and/or fitting you with a splint or night guard.

Tinnitus: Tinnitus is noise or ringing in the ears. There is no drug for cure. Tinnitus is not a disease, but a condition that can result from many underlying causes. 
Rec.: see ENT to rule out secondary pathology.

TMD: Sounds like temporomandibular disorder. Go to see your dentist who can evaluate further on your problem- and possibilities of tmd.  Treatment could be conservative  vs corrective surgery. Go to see dentist and get yourself checked.

i just flushed out my right ear and now when i move a certain way, chew, or tap on my head there is a drum hitting or 'boing' sound. why?

See your PCP to view: You may have wax that's moving as you chew that was partially dislodged by your flushing.  Your PCP can view this with an otoscope and remove it safely.

today since morning for the first time, i'm hearing a grating/cracking sound whenever i chew on my left side. will this go away if i rest my jaw?

Rest, ice: Sounds like you have developed a  problem in the temporomandibular joint. Try resting it as much as possible, ice and some anti-inflammatory medicatons like motrin or aleve (naproxen). If this does not relieve the symptoms in a few days to a week see your doctor or dentist.
