I just flushed out my right ear and now when i move a certain way, chew, or tap on my head there is a drum hitting or 'boing' sound. why?

See your PCP to view: You may have wax that's moving as you chew that was partially dislodged by your flushing. Your PCP can view this with an otoscope and remove it safely.

Probably wax: You probably have some wax trapped in your ear canal and that extra sound is from the wax hitting your eardrum.
