Coccydynia: Pain at the tailbone, or coccydynia, may be due to local inflammation, prior trauma, or instability.  A localized steroid injection may help, as well as NSAIDs and topical creams.  Some patients may respond to manipulation of the coccyx, and surgical removal of the coccyx is also a rarely used option.  See an orthopedist if symptoms persist.

: Am confused as to why you raise concerns regarding a relatively uncommon syndrome.  Nothing in your description suggests a problem within the lumbosacral cistern.  Suspect the numbness is a local compressive phenomenon associated with your pregnancy.
Suggest discussing your concerns with your obstetrician for reassurance.  Hope all goes well with remainder of your pregnancy.

: Benign compression often associated with pregnancy.  Not any possibility of a true cauda equina syndrome.  Listen to your doctor.

Possibly: in general, it is a good idea to do the urinalysis before a digital rectal exam of the prostate. It's impossible to know if the white blood cells would've been present in the urine if it is been checked before the prostate exam though. either way, I believe that the presence of white blood cells in the urine dictate a urine culture be performed

Is it all OK?: Part of any physical exam, dre checks out what is happening inside your anal area, can palpate the prostate in  men, check for hemorrhoids, fissures, abnormal masses, hidden blood, and other abnormaliteis that may or may not cause problems for you. Part of any routine physical after age 40 in both men and women--not to be skipped espite the squeamishness many have in getting it done!

Check prostate : Your prostate needs to be checked at least yearly by digital examination and by blood test. Hernia could be checked routinely during physical examination . Hernia will not affect your bathroom routine your prostate does
