Shin bone pain: A hematoma on a shin area is somewhat painful. If it has been elected to drain the hematoma, there should be little pain as they would use an injected local anesthetic to the area of incision.

Hematoma: Although a hematoma does usually not get drained given the swelling is persisting after a month I think it would be best to see a surgeon.  Sometimes you can have a persistent "bleeder" that needs addressed.

Need more info: Most likely it is calcified. Warm compresses will help but it will take some time for it to resolve

Confusing wording: ? Inf.cephalohematoma ? Do you mean infantile or infected ? Cephalohematomas should be left alone. Any  attempt to drain it could introduce germs into the site and cause worrisome infection.It may take months for it to resolve and a few will have a calcium deposit ( residual bump) that lasts a year or two, but natural skull growth eventually makes it disappear.

Unusual: Usually hematoma would have resolved by now. Thus I suspect that the problem may be from scar tissue instead of a hematoma.  Even if it were, you would not be able to drain it especially after a year has passed.

Probably not: Blood under the nail, that causes a bruise. They can take a long time to clear up. Sometimes the black spot does not go away until it grows out with the nail.
