Lose weight: Eat healthfully. Try to eat at least 5 servings of vegetables ; 4 of fruit per day. Increase nutritional fiber.  Avoid refined sugar ; junk carbohydrates.  Avoid alcohol, sweetened juices, soda ; caffeinated beverages.  Aim for 7.5 to 8 hrs of sleep / night. Hydrate w at least 64 oz of water / day. Calories burned must &gt; calories consumed.  Be physically active with both cardio ; weight training.

Home: I will generalize for a moment, but eating at home is far healthier than out. The food industry creates processed foods with textures, flavors, smells and colors to stimulate pleasurable senses. However, the result of this is generally poor nutrition with high levels of fat, salt and sugar.

Fine: Exercise should be fine. Gallbladder function has no relation to exercise. Unless you are having significant pain & vomiting, for which you should then contact your doctor.

Maybe: If your stillbirth occurred in the second half of pregnancy (greater than 20 weeks), your body needs time to recover from the physical and nutritional demands of pregnancy. 
Pregnancies in less than 6 months can be associated with a slightly higher risk for preterm delivery and growth restriction.
Nutritionally, you should at least stay on prenatal vitamins or take supplemental folic acid.

Smoking: 1) make a contract with yourself that you will quit 2) have a further plan of support and alternatives 3) if your good health now you probably  won&#x27;t be for long. 4) a general comment would be that nicotine patches or an electronic cigarette might be a good start for you.  It would be  very difficult to stop cold turkey. If you can talk to your physician or therapist good luck.(chest x-ray?).
