Likely yeast: Antibiotics are a common cause of yeast infections. The antibiotics can disrupt the natural balance of bacteria that live in the vagina and therefore allow yeast to take advantage of the change and develop into a vaginal infection. Is the doxy a short-term course or for a long-term treatment? Speak to your doctor before discontinuing your medication.

Yes: Yes, doxycycline and diazepam can be used together. Perioral dermatitis is a very frustrating skin condition. Take your medicine as prescribed, avoid putting any products on your face, wash with only  water and avoid topical steroids on the face.

Peri-oral dermatitis: I'll need more informations about the cause of this dermatitis and the exact location. Children who lick their circum-oral skin has a persistent rash. Adults who rub and blow their noses on tissue papers many times a days get rash above their upper lips due to abrasive effect of the tissue papers. Allergy to lipsticks and make ups should also be considered.
