Peri-oral dermatitis: I'll need more informations about the cause of this dermatitis and the exact location. Children who lick their circum-oral skin has a persistent rash. Adults who rub and blow their noses on tissue papers many times a days get rash above their upper lips due to abrasive effect of the tissue papers. Allergy to lipsticks and make ups should also be considered.
