As long as you can: safely take these medications individually, yes, it's safe to take them together. Be aware, however, that both doxycycline and ibuprofen can upset your stomach or give you heartburn.  Doxycycline might be less effective when take with dairy products but otherwise all these meds can be taken with food.  This might help prevent stomach upset.  Dr. Anne.

: If you're taking these meds for a condition other than bladder infection or prostatitis, I wouldn't expect them to irritate the bladder or prostate as a side effect or even cause bladder control problems.

Serious illness: For you to have been prescribed all these meds, I think you must have a serious infection. Tramadol is related to morphine -it's an opiate and can have similar side effects including constipation, itchiness and nausea among others. Prednisone is a steroid and also has a host of potential side effects-from increased blood sugars, to ulcers, to skin problems etc. If you're concerned-talk to a doctor

See your doctor: With all those antibiotics, you certainly do not have any bacterial infection causing this problem. Discuss witih the doctor treating you.

Be Kind To Yourself: Blood glucose levels are influenced by when and what we eat.  Eating once a day is unhealthy and can lead to problems with one's blood glucose level.  Symptoms of "hypoglycemic attacks" may include anxiety, shakiness, and confusion.  I assume Ativan and advil (ibuprofen) pm are being used to treat these symptoms.  Eat healthy meals at appropriate times and these symptoms may disappear.  Be kind to yourself.
