Skin disease?: Your question is a little vague--skin disease?  Can you be more specific?  If you have tried soaps and creams, maybe your problem is on the face?  Acne?  Please clarify so i can give you a better answer.

: Autoimmune conditions are not diagnosed on labs alone. The whole clinical picture must be taken into account. It is not unusual to have a positive ANA and no defined autoimmune illness. You need to follow up with the doctor who ordered your tests for next steps.

Scams: At age 21, you have almost certainly reached  your maximum height. The medicines are promoted by people who know they do not work, but that most people will not ask for their money back (they're embarrassed). You're male, though, and you can add lean muscle at the gym and look great regardless of height; you'll be admired for this and it trumps how tall you are. Good luck.

Yes, But,: We are human & we all have things that bother us too but our professional training helps us to deal with them anyway. Also, it is one reason we may choose a different specialty - to avoid the things we don't like. In many ways it is like changing baby's diaper, no one likes to do it  but we do it since it needs to be done! we also may assign the task to someone that is less bothered by it

FDA: Good question. Fda is more strict in approving drug than other countries. Its a catch 22 , good because it allows time to observe for adverse effects that can occur once in the open market. Bad because it may increase cost to patients. Keep writing to your congressman and pharmaceutical. We stool have the health system and country in the world. Well continue to work for you.

Man, that is a: Tough one; people are affected to varying  degrees by schizophrenia.  The atypical antipsychotics aren't too risky in pregnancy (see mass general women's psychiatry website).  Pregnancy will not help stabilize her psychiatric condition. There is a chance that doctors will remove the meds and worsen her condition. You will need a good mental health team. It's gonna b a long road, consider carefully.

Most of these mask the symptoms of pain in the patients by working with the body's neurotransmitters.  They are helpful, but they are not a cure.  Look carefully for underlying causes of the pain.

- food allergies
- gut dysbiosis
- nutrients.

One germ can cause more than one disease too - for example 'varicella' or the chicken pox germ can cause chicken pox, but it can also cause 'shingles' or herpes zoster. You might want to look on wikipedia for 'general' information of this sort.
