Normal: There are blood vessels close to the skin that release heat as a normal way to regulate body temperature.  This is normal.

If the child is sick or not developing well, then take to doctor

Maybe, maybe not: Head pressure can represent a form of migraine but also more serious problems, such as severe hypertension, blood clots in brain, hydrocephalus (water on brain), tumor or brain swelling (from a variety of causes). Since all but choice 1 are bad, you better get a check up.

Stress Relief: Try doing activities that will lower your stress levels. Try doing yoga or tai chi or some sort of activity that will keep you relaxed. It may also help to take a mild muscle relaxant to help keep you calm. Always take deep breaths and try not to panic or think to hard about your life. Drink plenty of water.

Maybe. Long time..: Long time ago.  I suspect you are not having "post-concussion" problems.  Too many causes for distraction memory loss.  Stress and depression would be foremost. If problems persist, talk with your doctor.

i have a very sharp severe pain on my righten side if the head. when i lay down on the bed it gets better but immediately when i get up its worsens. ive been experiencing this for the last three days.

any idea what could me the problem?

Head pains: This positional symptom may be caused by an impingement of the occipital nerve which emanates at the base of the skull, runs up the scalp behind the ear and all the way to the side of the forehead. The pinching of the nerve can be caused from arthritic spurs in the neck or from very tense neck muscles. An anti-inflammatory medication like ibuprofen may help. Apply warm and cold. See MD as needed.

Brain tumor: Brain tumor can originate from the brain itself or can be a spread from cancer from outside the brain.  Yes, any tumor/growth in the brain is a major problem as the brain is located inside a closed space system i.e. Skull- so any tumor/growth in the brain will increase pressure inside the system causing damage to the brain and could be lethal.
