Maybe, maybe not: Head pressure can represent a form of migraine but also more serious problems, such as severe hypertension, blood clots in brain, hydrocephalus (water on brain), tumor or brain swelling (from a variety of causes). Since all but choice 1 are bad, you better get a check up.
