i am from india. abdominal obesity & belly fat are two different things? till the age of 15 or 16 a boy and girl have same chance of getting abdominal obesity if they eat too much.right?after that belly fat shifts to thighs and hips in girls.correct?

Abdominal bloating: The symptom complex reported could be from malabsorption and diet related or may be from irritable bowel. If there is any bloody stool need to be ruled out for inflammation or infection the gastrointestinal tract.

Remember: There is no specific way to "spot" lose body fat.  Like gaining fat mass, losing fat mass is generally governed by your genetics(unless you chose to utilize medical treatments like liposuction/etc).  While I'd love to create a more specific diet plan to aid you in your endeavor, this is very difficult to do in this limited space.  Consider a nutritionist for more detailed info or a live consult!

Eat less; do sit-ups: To help the tummy look flatter, one can do exercises to build very strong abdominal muscles. It will take a lot of work, and will burn off calories. One must not eat more calories than she burns off, or she cannot lose weight. Helpful weight loss foods are natural foods that take time to chew but contain few calories. Examples include carrots, celery, and leafy lettuce (without salad dressing).

my son, 36, had double hetnia surgery when he was 4 y/o,but since he is in his teens he has issues w/his lower left abdomen bothering him sometimes which can last a few months especially after working out,no bulge,what could this be? any advice?

: I cannot link any abdominal discomfort in a 36-year-old to simple hernia repair in childhood. Proper assessment can be reached after a thorough review of past and current history, physical exam and testing. If it bothers him enough, he can schedule a workup/.

What's the question?: I am not sure what your question is.  However, it appears that you are concerned something might have been missed. Anything that would distort the abdomen so that someone can see it, would show up on an MRI.  It is possible that you may have a large Lipoma that is missed if you belly is large.  
If you think something was missed, ask for a review by another radiologist.

Should be ok: The best person to ask is the plastic surgeon who you chose to do the procedure. The mesh should be lower than the abdominal fat and should not be an issue.
