Every test?: I would suggest a liver/gallbadder ultraound and upperendoccopy. Acid suppression with PPI medication and gas suppression with simethicone or beano

Needs to be seen: If your 9yo is eating excessively and/or drinking more than usual she should be evaluated in person. Especially if she is also losing weight in this process as she may have an underlying condition that needs to be addressed. I highly recommend taking her in to be seen.

In general: You should take it around the same time every day.  Some if you take it in the morning, take it each morning.  But certainly its not an exact hour.  However, the lower your pills dose the more likely that pill timing can be an issue.

It means a visit...: It means a visit to one's primary care doctor or neurologist (bring your diary of symptoms). People get a headache from time to time, such as from colds, infections, lack of sleep, too much driving, long hours on the computer, stress at work, etc... An increasing or severe headache, recurrent headache, weird headache, one that wakes you from sleep, or other worrisome symptoms needs to be examined.

every time i have bananas i have diarrhea, would this mean i am allergic .

Diarrhea: Diarrhea from banana could be related to sugar, do you have troubles with milk too?  
A whole banana can give people with irritable bowel problems, but a bite will not.  Does the quantity of banana make a difference?  Banana food allergy a less likely possibility.

Not necessarily, but: Your clear discharge means ovulation is approaching but may not have occurred yet. At best, Levonorgesterol(Take Action, Plan B)  
is only 50% effective in preventing pregnancy. If you are overweight with BMI = 25 or greater one study showed
it didn't significantly reduce pregnancy compared to those who took nothing. Ella(an anti-progesterone) may be more effective if overweight.
