Not necessarily, but: Your clear discharge means ovulation is approaching but may not have occurred yet. At best, Levonorgesterol(Take Action, Plan B) is only 50% effective in preventing pregnancy. If you are overweight with BMI = 25 or greater one study showed it didn't significantly reduce pregnancy compared to those who took nothing. Ella(an anti-progesterone) may be more effective if overweight.
