That said, some people feel like it helps them to sleep better. You can try taking it in the morning, if it makes you feels sleepy or tired, switch it to bedtime.

It is likely that you have severe depression which did not get alleviated with Prozac 40mg/day.
Please provide complete history of stressors in your life and use of any Alcohol or drugs to your psychiatrist and discuss need for addition of Wellbutrin (bupropion).
Intensive individual therapy and therapy with your family will   be beneficial.

Just think no: Not a good thing to do. The intentional habit of inhaling burning organic material, combined with various chemicals used in the growing and manufacturing of that material (regardless of whether it is tobacco, marijuana, or any other plant) is bad for the body. Just think about it. Who would intentionally start something burning and inhale the stuff over and over?

Slowly: Antidepressants take about 3 to 5 weeks to be effective. Prozac (fluoxetine) doses for depression are 20 mg for 3 or 4 weeks,  40 mg for another 2 or 3 weeks. If there is some success but not enough, 60 mg is used. For OCD and anxiety disorders, higher doses can be used. Above 80 mg is not recommended. This schedule can be accelerated in critical situations as fast as tolerated. Still it can take 6 to 8 weeks.

2 wks: I am not sure if you mean the 3 doses of Prozac were taking at the same time or different days. It usually takes 2 wks to wash Prozac out of the system b/c of the long half life of the active metabolite of prozac, norfluoxetine.
