i'm 15 weeks pregnant and all of a sudden i feel like my bladder is never empty.. and it hurts on the sides of lower pelvic area is this normal?

Could be: Some people feel that the bladder is not empty with a bladder infection, or it could just be pregnancy but it won't hurt for you to get checked.  

Pain on the sides sound like round ligament pain, which is normal.

Pregnant bladder: Would seek medical attention today. You can have a UTI without  pain  and UTIs in pregnancy are promptly treated. Ask you doctor about use of cranberry pills or juice to prevent UTIs.

havent had period for 2 months possibly longer. bladder or something feels inflated today, kind of hurts. also having to pee every 2-3 hours especially trying to sleep. having pregnancy symptoms though ive never had sex and im a virgin?

: If your symptoms are triggered by the hormonal changes of  pregnancy you would have a positive pregnancy test. They can be found OTC at the dollar store. Many normal women will skip a cycle or two occasionally. If it goes on for 2-3 cycles an OBGYN might offer pills to bring on a cycle (with a negative pregnancy test).

can you have a uti if it doesnt hurt when i urinate? i have to pee a lot even after i pee. or do i have an over active bladder? dont think im pregnant. took a test negative?

: Peeing a lot has many causes. Go to uptodate.com and read about polyuria, ADH and bladder infections. Keep a peeing diary. Measure how much you pee during the day and if you get up at night to pee how much you pee at night.  Then discuss with your Dr.

Check for infection: You should not have judge pain with urination, even when pregnant. Your doc should check for a urine infection.

UTI?: Symptoms you are describing are those of a possible urinary tract infection in its early phase. If sexually active consider sexually transmitted disease as well. Have you pediatrician or obgyn examine you to rule out other causes of discomfort. Pregnancy must always be ruled out.

i am a week late on my period. i have frequent urination and its painful. i've taken 3 pregnancy tests and all negative. i'm driving myself crazy with worry. but my bladder hurts so much?

Possible UTI: I recommend a serum pregnancy test rather than urine testing. Urine should be checked for bacteria presence.  Type of antibiotic one can take may differ for women who are vs aren't pregnant.

i am 28 weeks pregnant. i get regular checkups and no uti has been detected. when i pee my urethra burns and my bladder hurts. what could this be?

Please call your OB: If u do not have a UTI must r/o other problems like a yeast infection or herpes or other problems that could cause burning such as other stds  or u could have an abrasion or cut or small tear, u need an exam and a culture.

None: Your bladder doesn't get smaller - but between pressure from your growing uterus and all the fluid your body holds, it sure feels smaller, doesn't it!
