Perhaps: Some acids are naturally present in the base ingredients of wines, while others are byproducts of fermentation. Natural acids have the freshest, purest acid tastes. Among grapes they are tartaric, malic and citric. It would be helpful to read the ingredient label.  Also consider seeing a board certified allergist to assist in diagnosis and treatment of adverse reaction to citric acid.

Silent/Asymptomatic?: Presuming you are referring to gastric reflux into the esophagus, this is commonly intermittent, often asymptomatic, ↑ed with longitudinal esophageal spasm producing hiatal hernia, commonly comes ; goes ; is unlikely to be affected or changed by citric acid supplements. These are all brain controlled, emotionally driven hidden internal behaviors. Gi specialists ; tests only see results not cause.

No : Cranberry has citric acid in it but it is a berry found on a low lying shrub. It also has antioxidants and vitamin c.   It is not considered a citric fruit though.

for acidity or hyperacidity, ayurveda says to avoid foods that contain tartaric acid, citric acid, lactic acid, does this make sense?

Ayurveda for Acidity: I commend you for your desire for Good Health.
Hyperacidity can be very uncomfortable.

It can be due to various foods, medical condition or stress.
Citric acid is used as a preservative and it  can aggravate acidity.

For hyperacidity, Ayurveda advises to avoid vinegar, tomatoes, sour citrus fruits, orange juice, salsa, onions, garlic, chili peppers, salty fried foods, and alcohol.

i wonder about using skincare that contains exfoliating ingredients on eyelids for anti aging. can i use products on eyelids thats fine using around eye area but contains for ex citric acid and ist good for anti aging? recommend something else?

: You are still too young for thinking about aging. Inappropriate use of OTC products for your young facial skin is probably more harmful than beneficial. Good luck.

NO: Nothing containing aspirin should be given to a child unless prescribed by a cardiologist because of a heart condition or a rheumatologist for autoimmune disorders. Under no other circumstances should anything with aspirin be given.

i am on the oral birth control and i wanted to take spring valley apple cider vinegar 500mg gummies which contains  tapioca syrup, sugar, pectin, citric acid, sodium citrate, organic sunflower , organic carnabua wax . should i take them?

: No. Because all supplements are dangerous because there is No regulation of what is in them and they do not have to show evidence that they do what they say or even to show they are safe . Protect your body by eating heathy.  I recommend the DASH diet as the most healthy.

Neutralize the acid: Too much acid is also bad for your teeth.  After consuming a lot of citrus, take a small glass of water add 1teaspoonful of baking soda and rinse for 30 seconds, spit out and repeat.  This will help to neutralize the acid.

Accepted Answer

Adderall/Citric acid: Citric acid slightly lowers absorption of stimulants, unless taken an hour before or hour after the stimulant.
