Depends.: That would depend on what the wellbutrin (bupropion) sr is prescribed to treat. Wellbutrin (bupropion) sustained release would generally be used to treat depression, however it is also used for smoking cessation (zyban) and off label for adhd and substance use disorders. We also add it to other antidepressants to try and reverse sexual dysfunction. 100 mgs daily would be the lowest dose of that form of the medication.

Major depression: Wellbutrin (bupropion) is used for the management of major depression and seasonal affective disorder (depression that occurs primarily during the fall and winter). Interestingly, it can also be used to help people stop smoking by reducing cravings and other symptoms of withdrawal. Do not take if you have seizures or an eating disorder or if you have suddenly stopped using alcohol or sedatives.

Relacore: Being a dietary supplement, i would cautiously use with any medications that would potentially lower the seizure threshold, such as wellbutrin (bupropion). Please talk to your doctor first.

Be careful.: It would be best to discuss this with the prescribing physician.  Wellbutrin (bupropion) can lower the seizure threshold as can coming off of alcohol. As such, it is recommended to avoid the combination.

Smoking: Smoking is never recommended but it is not contraindicated if you are taking wellbutrin (bupropion) sr.  I would recommend no smoking.

Yes: It should be. There was only one generic brand that was causing problems and that was removed from the market. I have not seen any problems with generic wellbutrin since and  i only prescribe generic bupropion at this point.
