wearing a mask makes me gag . i think its because the bottom of the mask touches the part under my chin and for some reason its sensitive so walking around while wearing a mask usually makes me gag/choke ? for no reason. any tips handling this ?

: You can adjust the mask so that the lower part sits on your chin rather being lower than the chin.

Coronavirus: First self-isolate. If you get symptoms and they worsen please go to a Doctor to find out what type of virus or infection you have and get the right kind of medication or call an ambulance to take you to the emergency room of your nearest hospital where you can get tested.

Love handles: You need to burn off more calories with exercise than the number of calories that you eat. Walking is not enough exercise. You need to get your heart rate up to a target rate for 20-40 minutes a few times a week, and stop eating sweets and carbohydrates. Core exercises for your midsection will tone you and help get rid of the handles and flatten your belly. Doing it in 2wks is tough though.

Love handles squats: Not really. Squats concentrate building most of the major muscle groups of the butt, hips and thighs. It does strengthen your core and can help your abs but is mostly for your lower extremities. There are a number of abdominal exercises that would be far better for getting rid of love handles.

Dear Love ++: Love handles seem to become a problem in both men and women starting in the early 40's.  Hormones change and our body fat distribution changes too.  First, i imagine you might be overweight, by losing weight you will lose weight all over including the love handles. Exercise is important.  Start by walking, then there are several great classes, dvd's, and trainers that can teach specific exercises.

Spot fat loss does : not occur naturally. By losing weight in general  some will probably be love handle fat.  But, we don't get to choose what area of body fat is lost from. Eat healthy &amp; be physically active. Calories burned must &gt; those consumed.

Unfortunately no: Unfortunately there are no exercises that will consistently tighten skin. If this were true we could stop doing face lifts, tummy tucks, (witch hazel) breast lifts, eyelid tucks, (witch hazel) etc.
