Wearing a mask makes me gag . i think its because the bottom of the mask touches the part under my chin and for some reason its sensitive so walking around while wearing a mask usually makes me gag/choke ? for no reason. any tips handling this ?

You can adjust the mask so that the lower part sits on your chin rather being lower than the chin. Get HPV, Flu and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
