Good start: The most common vitamin deficiency is d, which causes a lot of nonspecfic pain and some other problems. Especially with the weight loss, or if your pain syndrome does not resolve quickly, it would be wise to continue to seek a cause -- possibly malabsorption contributing to a vitamin deficiency. bruises on my legs and wrists that come and go for the past few months, got a blood test, tested for iron,vitamin deficiency but all was normal.they are light color not severe plus i have ibs caused by low muscle mass, could it be linked?

: There is no association between IBS and easy bruising of skin. This skin condition is not uncommon for young girls. If the blood tests (platelet count and coagulopathy panel) are normal, you should be fine.

Unlikely: There are many possible reasons for "easy bruising and bleeding". A significant deficiency of vit k could cause abnormal bleeding, but this is unlikely with a normal diet. If this seems like a serious problem, you should be evaluated by your physician to determine the cause.

Could be vitamin def: Vitamin deficiencies are a common cause of bruising. Possiblities include Vitamins C, D and K. Bioflavanoid deficiency and zinc deficiency can cause this too. Everyone will become deficient in D if they do not supplement in fall and winter months (I advise 5-8000 iu/day). I advise everyone to take a multivit. Many multis don't have Vit K so try separate K. Multiple Problems: Dark circles under eyes can be from allergies or sleep deprivation or both.  Easy bruising can be caused by blood disorders but can also be caused by certain vitamin supplements like fish oil, flax seed oil or other high omega 3 fatty acids.  If you are taking any of these stop them for a while and see if your bruising improves.  Also be careful with aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen, etc.

Possibly but...: Tendon problems are usually caused by strains/sprains/repetitive use but certain nutrients are involved in tendon health. If you have tendon problems it may help to take vitamin c, manganese, zinc and the Amino Acids proline and lysine. Anti-inflammatory herbs like curcumin & homeopathic ointments like traumeel may also help.

B12 most likely: B 12 defiency can cause audio and visual hallucinations.  Rare but can occur with strict vegetarian diet without b 12 supplementation.
