Difficult to assess: Benzoil peroxide is naturally drying as part of its normal use. Without seeing/assessing your skin there is no way to know what you are treating or whether this would be an appropriate treatment. This site does not allow us to see uploaded pictures, so you need to stop the BP and see your doc for a proper evaluation.

i am using adaplene and benzoyl peroxide gel and for the first few days i didnt have a reaction but now i am red, peeling, having a burning sensation when applied, and i have developed miniture bumps on my forehead and cheek. is it normal?

: Acne medications can cause drying and peeling. The bumps could be a reaction to one of the medications.  I suggest you stop the medications and follow up with your physician to discuss a new acne treatment plan.

i only use tretinoin and benzaclin (clindamycin and benzoyl peroxide) on certain areas of my face ie my cheeks and  chin. why has the peeling spread to my eyes and forehead?

Stop: Stop the products they are to harsh for skin. Let the skin heal and then re examine with a different product. See what doctor can offer you

Depends: Chemical peels and/or laser treatments may be an important part of scar revision but without knowing more details, detail recommendations are impossible.  The size, location of the scar as well as it's character (flat, heaped up, etc) all influence the best way to improve the appearance of a scar.  Other treatment options include dermabrasion, scar revision surgery, and injections.

Best or safest: The best would be the deep peels and they should only be performed by a trained physician that would be the phenol peel. It would help acne scars not wipe them out but will have downtime
The safer method would be a series of medium peels they have limited downtime and are abet safer these would be the jesner plus tca 35% or even the less potent Vi peel for acne. You will need several

Depends: First, i would be sure what a chemical peel would do for you, i.e. Is it for the treatment of something or is it for cosmetic purposes. If done right a peel shouldn't be terribly uncomfortable. However, there will be some soreness for a time after the procedure. I might compare it to a bad sunburn. That might not be a fair comparison but it is the best i can think of.

Better Idea: Professional consult. Exfoliation/abrasive therapy can actually worsen the outcome. For best therapy assessment of severity of acne, skin type, risk of scarring, discoloration &amp; underlying medical conditions must be considered. Therapy will then target one or more of these factors for the outcome to be satisfactory; abnormal turn over of skin, oil secretion, infection &amp; inflammation etc. Take care

See an expert: Chemical peels can be tricky.  Best to see a paramedical aesthetician, who can use their experience to help you select the best peel for your skin type, and help you through it with a minimum of problems or complications.

Why: Why would you want to whiten the underarm to start with.  There are bleaching cream to white areas but again why?    Don't think you would enjoy the experience of having a chemical peel at the underarm areas either.
