Difficult to assess: Benzoil peroxide is naturally drying as part of its normal use. Without seeing/assessing your skin there is no way to know what you are treating or whether this would be an appropriate treatment. This site does not allow us to see uploaded pictures, so you need to stop the BP and see your doc for a proper evaluation.
