i'm wondering is it possible for the uterus to fall out from a hard fall?

Uterine prolapse: Uterine prolapse is caused by pelvic floor muscles weakness and weakness of the ligaments ( tissue holding the uterus in place). Fall might have made existing problem get noticed.
The process usually starts with childbirth but long term heavy lifting, straining, inherent tissue weakness, menopause and aging are other factors that either can cause or contribute in development of this issue.

IUD: IUD has a higher rate of being expelled if placed on an individual that has already expelled one, placed right after a termination of pregnancy,  right after having had a baby or on a female with an inappropriate uterine cavity.  The expelled rate is very low

i am currently on my cycle and it feels like my uterus is going to fall out what can possibly be wrong should i go to emergency or is there something i can take to stop the pain??please help!!

Pelvic heaviness: Pelvic heaviness during your period is not uncommon and is usually helped by NSAIDs like ibuprofen and naproxyn, heat, and getting off your feet however, if this is unusual for you, you should be evaluated by your PCP, GYN, or an urgent care clinic to be sure nothing else is going on. NO: Uterus is an internal organ.  External forces ie judo, would not cause the uterus to move.

Dropsy: Jogging will not cause prolapse of the uterus or drooping of the breasts. Obviously established uterine prolapse and large pendulous breasts will make jogging uncomfortable for you.

It's implanted: An embryo is tiny (slightly bigger than the size of a dot on a page), and has taken root into the lining on the inside of one's uterus. After implantation, the embryo won't fall out any more likely than a healthy tree would fall over on it's own.

See your doc: It is possible to have a miscarriage but you do need to see your Physician for exam and blood work.

Yes: Yes it is possible not to be pregnant as ovulation must also be present.
