I'm wondering is it possible for the uterus to fall out from a hard fall?

Uterine prolapse: Uterine prolapse is caused by pelvic floor muscles weakness and weakness of the ligaments ( tissue holding the uterus in place). Fall might have made existing problem get noticed.
The process usually starts with childbirth but long term heavy lifting, straining, inherent tissue weakness, menopause and aging are other factors that either can cause or contribute in development of this issue.

Very rarely: The supporting muscles and ligaments to the uterus
would rarely be injured in common falls
