Cellulite?: Cellulite is due to fibrosis in the fat creating bumps. It will be minimized by eating a healthy diet with fresh vegetables, non sugary fruits, high quality protein and limited cereal grains, getting a good night sleep, exercise, and managing stress well.

Lower back pain: Low back from DJD may often be associated with spasm which some people interpret as lumps that come ago. Any body with lumps in the back should have a doctor look at it.

i have a lump in butt for 6 months.it is hard but when i press it goes inside.it is completely painless?

Sounds like: a thrombosed (clotted) hemorrhoid....

A "hands on" examination would be needed to confirm my "guess"!

You may have: recurrent sebaceous cysts, very common in the axillae! (armpits) These sometimes get infected. Check this out with your Primary Care Physician and perhaps determine once and for all what the "lumps" are and how they may be AVOIDED!

Lumps in head: The bacteria move along the tissue planes  in the skin after you push on them and so they are moved/pushed to another area. Would seek medical attention from a dermatologist may need antibiotics, may also be infected eczematous rash.  Follow up this week doctor/dermatologist/urgent care

why do drs take a wait and see approach when you found a lump on your body my dr felt and said seems like ok come bk in 2 months why not take out?

Many different ways: There are many different ways of practicing medicine.  And in most cases, there is more than one "right" way to treat a particular problem.  Not knowing the specifics for your lump (how it feels, movable vs. Immovable, how long its been present, fluctuance, location, etc.) it is difficult to guess the reason for one's particular approach.  Discuss this with your doctor, or get a 2nd opinion.

i have 2 lumps, one in my armpit area and the other just by my body right side, the pain goes and come but not really serious. what do i do?

Have it checked out: Enlarged lymph nodes, benign growths like sebaceous cyst, and malignant growths can present in the area of concern.  It is best to have your doctor look at them.  
F/u:  since your doctor felt it was lymph node, then next step is decide if it is large;/firm  to be concerned about cause.  Followup exam is one way; another is to obtain fine needle aspiration (stick needle into ln) biopsy.

This is a question: that unfortunately cannot be answered on the internet. It would require seeing and touching the lumps. Since you had one biopsied there should be an answer available. If you can't get an answer locally try arranging to be seen at a University Center nearby. They are usually good at figuring out things when no other doctor can.

Breast lump: If you have a breast lump you should have a physician examine you to make sure you don't need further testing.
