Lumps in head: The bacteria move along the tissue planes in the skin after you push on them and so they are moved/pushed to another area. Would seek medical attention from a dermatologist may need antibiotics, may also be infected eczematous rash. Follow up this week doctor/dermatologist/urgent care

See your doc: i presume you mean that you have pustules in your scalp, that you pop or drain and pus comes out, then other occur in other areas of your scalp. You may have a staph infection that is out of control. The only treatment may be an antibiotic. DON'T pop or manipulate any more of these, wash your hands frequently and don't touch them. See your doctor or dermatologist.
