: Yes, headaches associated with emotional stress, such as tension, anxiety, fear, nervousness,  are not at all unusual.  Your pattern could benefit  from counseling geared to improve your coping skills which might indeed blunt or curtail your headaches.  Have seen great success with cognitive-behavioral approaches, and/or biofeedback therapies.

Tension : Tension headaches are band-like headaches that are usually dull, not throbbing. They are caused by excessive contraction of muscles in the neck, temples and forehead. They are sometimes bad enough to be accompanied by some nausea. They are distinguished from migraine which also causes nausea by the fact that in migraine there may be sensitivity to light and sound and the pain is throbbing and usually one sided. Sharp pains in the eye are usually something else and should be checked out. Talk to your primary care doctor.

Yes: Tension headaches can compress the occipital nerve which runs from back to front giving you symptoms along the side of the head and even pain behind the eyes. 
If you are having trouble with your vision or the pain is severe and new please see a doctor.

: If you've had a recent prolonged head cold lasting over 10 days,I'd be suspicious of a sinus infection. Otherwise I would be thinking of tight forehead muscles and muscle contraction as a cause of your head discomfort. Chronic tension &amp; stress would predispose you to this. A neurologist could evaluate &amp; advise you further.

Most likely muscle: While this is most likely muscular pain, any change in back or neck pain when you have history of a syrinx, should be examined to look for any neurologic changes. I would recommend follow up with your neurologist just to be safe. If the pain continues to get better, its less concerning and most likely musculature. If it radiates, causes weakness, gets worse, recommend seeing neurologist sooner.

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!

Not usually: Tension headaches are usually in the back of the head. What you are describing sounds more like sinus congestion or a sinus infection. See your doctor, as medications are available for both conditions if indicated. Hope this helps!

: An evaluation for Diabetes, Migraines and an Opthalmologic disorder is recommended. Additional studies may be ordered and a retinal exam is recommended.

: If those symptoms have just occurred less than 24 hours, you should watch for the skin eruption in those areas if you did not have chicken pox vaccines in your childhood because those symptoms could be the prodrome for shingles (herpes zoster outbreak). As soon as rashes appear, you have to see a doctor right away for treatment.
