Low sugar/iron: A gastric(stomach)ulcer can cause slow bleeding therefore loss of iron , some
people may have multiple endocrine syndrome( men1) that causes tumors that secrete Insulin ( insulinoma) and others that secrete gastrin(gastrinoma) , consequently low sugar from too much Insulin and low iron from slow bleeding as a result of gastric ulcer, however low glucose and low iron may entirely be unrelated.

Diabetes: This person' s diabetes is obviously out of control.  By all rights she should be hospitalized to get her diet and Insulin under control. She needs to have a comprehensive course in diabetic care. Considering her age someone should take responsibility for her care.

Need Med-checkup: A painful hernia requires a quick check up as it can lead to serious complications such as bowel obstruction or strangulation and gangrene.
You may need to go to ER if the pain is severe and persistent and you can not tolerate the pain.

Different diseases: Peptic ulcer disease is usually the result of congenital predisposition as well as lifestyle, irregular meals, smoking, etc. NASH is most commonly encountered in patients with diabetes and based on the eating habits described that will have to be ruled out. I do not see an immediate link between ulcer and NASH.

can omeprazole medicine for a sugar patient can be taken for ulcer problem. ? what will be the, dose? having a habit of smoking and alcohol

Yes. 20 BID. Quit.: Omeprazole is part of the treatment for pt's with ulcers whether or not they have other disease. The dose is often 20 mg twice a day. Alcohol and tobacco avoidance is key during the healing process.

Yes: Stress or illness of any sort can affect blood glucose levels. If someone has diabetes already and gets an ulcer, the ulcer might lead to changes in diet that can also affect blood sugar regulation.

Gastritis: Pain after eating indicates Gastritis that is inflammation of stomach lining though it can be due to Gall stones. If it is not responding to Pantoprazole and Gall stones are ruled out, Upper endoscopy may be the next step to check for Gastric Ulcer.

Unlikely: However, a chronic source of inflammation can raise your blood sugar and make you prediabetic.  You need to get that ulcer checked out.
