Your doctor can help: If you have not, you need a physical exam by your doctor. You may also need to have some blood tests to make sure that you are not anemic(can happen if your menses are heavy). More tests may be required if your blood counts(hemoglobin) is  normal.

Vegan diet requires: precision in how one eats.  Raw foods are good but can create GI problems because digesting them is more difficult.  Some folks include diary in their vegetarian diet to insure protein intake and par-boil some veggies.  Peace and good health.  Yolks too!

why does my vision blur when i workout? i eat a balanced diet everyday. ever since i can remember. everytime i exert extremely. my eyes get blurry. i always thought it was normal until i read an article about it. i have astigmatism as well.

Ophthalmologist : Input is needed, you want to see an ophthalmologist, not an optometrist, for evaluation, ask your doctor for referral. Checking the back of your eyes as well measuring eyes' pressure is important, all can still be normal, but need to be checked given the symptoms, best wishes

Jaundice?: Yellowish skin and eyes may be a sign of jaundice, which is usually related to liver disease. It is not related at all to masturbation. No proven treatment : No specific therapy is required for patients  diagnosed with gilbert's syndrome. The most important thing is to recognize that this condition is inconsequential. If bili levels are higher than expected, can look for co-existing condition (eg hemolysis, other mutation).
