Scabies: Is intensely itchy. Have a scraping or a biopsy done to confirm the diagnosis. All the best.

Usually itching.: Symptoms of scabies can include very thin lines noted on the skin, rash between the finger, sores from scratching and itching which is worse at night.

Technically no: But the fact that you have scabies may have been emotionally upsetting and that can make one feel nervous and run down. If it persists, then see your doctor. You may need some abs...Sometimes anemia or nutrient deficiencies can also make one feel run down. Anxiety definitely wears on out as well....

can a bad fungal infection cause rash that hurts/tingle/crawly feeling? i thought scabies/derm says allergy.prednisone made worse, miconazole helping.

Not usual: Since prednisone made it worse, I suspect that your problem may be from an anxiety reaction if there is no visible rash.  If there is a rash, then one needs to consider other conditions than allergy (which usually causes itching).  This is not likely from a fungal infection however.  Get a 2nd opinion if needed.

Yes: Referred pain to the testis can occur. If there are any testicular abnormalities on physical exam, they need to be followed up.

can a twitching eye cause a tingling feeling on the skin around the eye like corner of your outer & inner eye, eyebrow, bridge of nose and temple? i had a doctor examine me & was not at all concerned but i suffer from high anxiety and panic disorder?

: Most commonly, a "twitching eye" is due to a benign condition, orbital myokymia.  This can be prompted by fatigue, eye strain, stress, lack of sleep, and other conditions.  See an ophthalmologist if this proves disabling.  Your "high anxiety and panic" would benefit from counseling using cognitive-behavioral therapy.

Hard to say.: What is tingling? what is cold?  Any other symptoms? It is hard to give an educated answer without knowing more. If your symptoms, unusual as they are, persist, see a doctor tomorrow.

Radiculopathy: Probably. The most common cause of pain that runs from the spine down into an extremity is known as a radiculopathy, usually caused by the irritation of a nerve on the spine.  If it occurs in the neck, it can cause pain and/or numbness that runs into the arm and hand.  Consider being seen.

Normal changes: As we age the levels and intensity of hormonal fluctuations change so unless the symptoms are a problem don't read too much into them.

Thoracic radiculopat: If it is of 1 or 2 days duration then shingles may show up in a few days. However if it is of weeks or months duration, then thoracic nerve or nerves may be pinched in thoracic spine. It is same for men and women.
