Wisdom Teeth: Your question requires an examination. Full bony impaction, partial, soft tissue? Are the teeth causing issues with the adjacent 2nd molars? Proximity to nerves and sinus? Your dentist should be able to advise you and give you the pros and cons (risks/benefits) of the procedure.

About a week: It depends on the difficulty of the extraction but it could take up to a week, however the puffiness should begin to resolve with each passing day as well as the pain.  If this is not occurring i would call your dentist.

Not usually: Wisdom tooth pain is at the site of the tooth and may radiate, but not usually tothe back of the head. Go to the dentist and have your third molar wisdom teeth checked out and ruled out.  If the dentist cannot help, then run, do not walk, to the physician for further examination to determine the source of your pain.  Pain is the body telling you something is wrong and you need help right-away.

Wisdom Teeth: Are you on any medications or have you changed any medications or your diet in the past month? I doubt there is any correlation between your extractions and your perspiration.

Pain: Generally no unless there is significant swelling of the area however this is temporary until the issue is solved by the dentist. If by structure you mean a permanent change no.

No: Removal of your wisdom teeth will not result in the narrowing of the face. The exception to that would be if your face is swollen due to infected wisdom teeth.

Not abnormal: It is a surgical procedure and depending on severity of impaction, swelling is a post operative symptom which will resolve.  Use ice packs to reduce and call your doctor if you do not get resolution.
