Imagine if you were normal in size and carried the extra weight in the form of a sandbag with you all the time. It would drain energy.

No problem: I know that it is a good drink to sooth your throat- if you have sore throat. I don't know and i don't think it has anything to do with sexual energy, however. Watch out the sugar content from honey and if you have acid reflux problem- watch out for the lemon etc.

Irreg cycle: hello ~ these are anovulatory cycles and are often irreg, heavy and painful..Thats why we treat them with the pill bec it regulates them. Sometimes low dose BCP is not enough to stabilise and you need higher dose. You shd see your doc or OB GYN for evaluation. You need CBC to see you have not become anemic causing the low energy. That requires extra IRON to be taken.See your doc ! thanks
