Irreg cycle: hello ~ these are anovulatory cycles and are often irreg, heavy and painful..Thats why we treat them with the pill bec it regulates them. Sometimes low dose BCP is not enough to stabilise and you need higher dose. You shd see your doc or OB GYN for evaluation. You need CBC to see you have not become anemic causing the low energy. That requires extra IRON to be taken.See your doc ! thanks
