Dangerous: Using opiates for any purpose other than what they are intended is dangerous. High dose caffeine energy drinks are also unproven in terms of safety, and recently deaths have been reported. The best aphrodisiacs are a loving and caring relationship between 2 people, and using imagination and creativity in love-making. Drugs do not and should not enter into this. Caffeine/opioids both decr. Flow.

The Urology follow up I put at the end is important because the specialist in Urology can evaluate you for other things that may be happening including any biopsy that may need to be performed.

In addition you may have signs of hypogonadism and the follow up doctor will include testosterone levels, free testosterone, sex binding proteins, prolactin levels, TSH, and other tests in addition to a neurological exam and other lab tests. Good luck.
