Assuming neuropathy: Assuming you mean neuropathy, an isolated neuropathy should not cause psychosis.  However, conditions that are related to psychoses (e.g. drugs) can also cause neuropathies.  Hence, seeing a knowledgeable health care provider is important to assess all potential causes of both to see whether there is an overlap.

Abilify (aripiprazole): could possibly improve concentration and memory in several clinical settings (when used for irritability in those with autism, as an add on medication in those with bipolar mania, and in those with an acute exacerbation of psychosis in schizophrenia).  There has not been a long term controlled study to look at cognitive, memory issues however. It should not be used for treatment of dementia
