Tell your surgeon: about your crystal meth use and arrange for medically supervised detox.  Chronic meth use affects so many functions that surgery will not be safe until you have been able to fully recover.

Get help: Tell your doctor, tell him/her everything.  If you don't have a doctor; find one ASAP.  When it's time for delivery, please ensure delivery is in a hospital.  Make sure to let your provider in the hospital as well as the Pediatrician/Neonatologist know what's going on.  Of course, you should stop using; but it's important to do so as part of a plan you formulate with your doctor.  Good luck!

Don't do that!: It is very unlikely that that kind of exposure would lead to any detectable level of the drug or have any psychoactive effect on you, other than perhaps some numbness at the point your tongue touched it.  Figuring out what something is by tasting it is pretty much russian roulette, and one day will cause some problems. It is an invasion of your friend's privacy, and is potentially dangerous to you.
