Don't do that!: It is very unlikely that that kind of exposure would lead to any detectable level of the drug or have any psychoactive effect on you, other than perhaps some numbness at the point your tongue touched it. Figuring out what something is by tasting it is pretty much russian roulette, and one day will cause some problems. It is an invasion of your friend's privacy, and is potentially dangerous to you.

Methamphetamine: Do yourself a favor and stay away from that friend. Nobody ever sets out wanting to be an addict, but there are a few legal and illegal drugs that can hook a person with just one use. Hang around with a meth user and eventually they will want a party friend and offer you some. I have not come across a more damaging substance than this. The ingredients are poison.
